- How are partners selected?
- We review all applications manually. We look for partners with a genuine audience, relevant content, and a clear plan for how they'll promote Mixo. Most applications are reviewed within 2-3 business days.
- When are commissions paid?
- Commissions are paid on the first week of every month, following a 30-day validation period after each sale. This ensures we only pay on active, legitimate customers.
- Is there a minimum payout threshold?
- Yes, there is a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD. If your balance hasn't reached the threshold, it rolls over to the following month.
- How do I track my referrals and earnings?
- Our partner program is powered by Rewardful, which provides a dashboard where you can track clicks, conversions, and earnings in real time.
- What is your cookie duration?
- We use cookies to track sales from your referral link. For tracking to work correctly:
- Cookies must be enabled in the referred user's browser.
- Cookies must not be cleared before a purchase is made.
- The referred user should use the same browser to sign up and purchase.
- What happens if a referral requests a refund?
- If a referred customer receives a refund, or if the transaction is cancelled or flagged as fraudulent, the corresponding commission will be reversed. We monitor referral quality on an ongoing basis.
- Can my account be terminated?
- Yes. We reserve the right to terminate any partner account that violates our terms, including self-referrals, incentivised traffic, misleading promotion, or any activity we deem fraudulent or low-quality.
