What is Puppy Yoga?
Puppy Yoga is a unique yoga exercise that combines therapeutic benefits and the joy of being surrounded by adorable puppies. It's a fantastic way to promote health and well-being not only for yourself but also for your dog. This method of exercise is internationally proven and praised. How are the classes?
We offer 1-hour classes for all levels of yoga, led by experienced instructors. During our exercises, you can look forward to a pleasant atmosphere, where the puppies run freely around you and join your exercise. Our lessons are full of fun, cuddling, stretching and laughter. You leave them with a smile on your face and full of positive emotions.

What language are the lessons in?
The lessons will be organized in the local language in order to take into account the needs of our domestic customers. However, we also think about our foreign friends, so when booking you can choose whether you prefer a lesson in local or English. Our lecturer is able to simultaneously translate into English during the lesson in the local language, if necessary. With a larger participation of English-speaking participants, the lessons will be conducted in English.

- Where do you practice?
We currently offer locations mosty in the capital cities but plan to grow to other bigger cities too. And soon in every district town. You have something to look forward to. Are you yoga instructor or studio and would like to join the global Puppy Yoga network? Contact us.
- Can I bring my own dog?
Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, you cannot bring any furry friends to our meetings, even if they are vaccinated.
- Where are the puppies from?
Our puppies come from professional kennels, but we also have dogs from local shelters with which we cooperate. We do not use dogs from the so-called paperless breeding house. Puppies are 8-12 weeks old and ready for socialization. All puppies are properly vaccinated and healthy.
- Is it safe for puppies?
The space and equipment are disinfected with an animal-safe disinfectant before each lesson, and the toys are washed at 90 degrees after each lesson. Also, we ask all participants to remove their shoes before entering the studio to avoid the risk of catching any diseases and parasites. Puppies have had one vaccination and are at least 7-8 weeks old.
- What is the price for one class?
Price varies by practice location. On average, it ranges between 30-40 EUR per 60 minute class. Of course, we offer advantageous monthly and annual passes with 30 percent or more discounts.
- I am yoga instructor can I join Puppy Yoga network?
Yes, we welcome all Yoga instructors who love puppies. We will register your studio and town to our network and provide you with entire business process how to start.
